Yes. Ticketerum Sports lets you manage registration payments through its own payment gateway. With certain plans, you can also use your own payment gateway.

Yes. You can create and manage player and team profiles, keeping all participant information and their participation history organized.

Yes. You can create profiles for referees, field delegates, coaches and other competition staff, assigning them permissions to perform specific actions, such as entering results or recording cards.

To organize a tournament online, you need to manage, at a minimum, registrations, players, teams, schedules, matches, results and standings. Ticketerum Sports lets you centralize these tasks and publish competition information for participants in real time by following these steps:

1. Create and configure your new competition’s details: dates, sport, scoring system, categories / groups, and the competition’s group, knockout and consolation stages.
2. Create the contacts, teams, players and playing fields to manage the tournament, then assign them to each group within the categories of the competition you have created.
3. Set up the competition schedule according to your chosen system: days and times, playing fields and referees.
4. Design the tournament website with the logo, brand colors, header, footer and competition menus (registrations, matches, standings, rules, news, …).
5. Publish and share your competition’s URL.

Yes. Ticketerum Sports lets you manage match results and includes an automatic standings system that updates in real time.

Ticketerum Sports has an app for Android and Apple devices that lets users view match results and standings, receive notifications and save their favorite teams and playing fields.

The tournament organizer can share the competition access code with participants. Once they have downloaded the app on their device, they can scan the QR code or enter the access code to view all the information through the customized app.

Ticketerum Sports includes a system for creating and sending notifications through its app, managed by the competition organizer from the licence’s backoffice.

Ticketerum Sports offers three plans: Free, Basic and Premium.
The Free plan costs nothing and lets you manage a single event with up to 2 teams and 24 players.
The Basic plan costs €550 per year and lets you manage unlimited events and register unlimited players and teams.
The Premium plan has a setup fee starting at €2,500 and a licence fee of €750 per year from the second year onwards. Optional extra: a customized app.

Yes. The Free plan lets you create one event and manage up to 2 teams and 24 players. A 5% commission applies to paid events.

The Basic plan includes unlimited events, teams and players, technical support by email, team and player registration, and the Ticketerum Sports payment gateway to collect registration payments. A 5% commission applies to paid events.

The Premium plan includes unlimited events, teams and players, personalized technical support, your own URL for the event page, team and player registration, the option to use your own payment gateway and an online store module. A customized app is also available as an optional extra.

Yes. You can create a free account and use the Free plan to learn how the platform works and manage your first event within its limits. If you are happy with it, simply upgrade to Basic or Premium to keep the same account and benefit from many more features.

Plans that use the Ticketerum Sports payment gateway charge a 5% commission for paid events. The Premium plan lets you use your own payment gateway (a one-time gateway implementation fee applies, but no usage commission is charged).
